Parking: you will have 1 parking space available inside the property, uncovered, reserved and free, less than 10 meters from the apartment.
Sanitization of rooms, furnishings and linen is guaranteed
before each login.
Guests of this apartment will enjoyfor free from thepool, of thesolariumingarden, from thebicyclesand of thechildren's play area in compliance with the Regulations accepted at the time of booking.
The swimming pool is open from June 1st until September 15th.

Ghema Mountain House in Livo (CO)

THREE-ROOM APARTMENT 90 m2. arranged on the ground floor.
You will have the entire apartment or just the rooms booked at your disposal.
You will appreciate our spacious fully equipped eat-in kitchen, our large bathroom with shower and bidet, the large double bedroom with a view of Lake Como and the quadruple room with a double bed
and a bunk bed.
The apartment is on one level, to access the second bedroom and the bathroom you have to go down a step.
It can accommodate up to onemaximum of 6 people.
The accommodation can only be reached on foot via a cobbled road
of approximately 50 m.
The public car park is about 300 meters away.
You can find public transport in the immediate vicinity.
Camping cot, baby carrier and high chair are available free of charge upon reservation.
We guarantee the sanitization of the rooms, furnishings and linens before each access.
